New England Baptist Hospital's Office of Public Affairs oversees internal and external communications. This includes coordinating and producing publications and other electronic and web-based communications for employees and staff, and responding to inquiries from media outlets, seeking information on our Orthopedic Center of Excellence, medical milestones, research and expert opinions on a broad range of healthcare topics.
The Office of Public Affairs is located on the first floor of the Main Building at New England Baptist Hospital at 125 Parker Hill Avenue and is staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays. The main number for the Office of Public Affairs is 617-754-5400.
Members of the media who require assistance after hours, on the weekends or holidays should contact Public Affairs through the hospital's 24-hour paging service at 617-754-5800. Please ask for the media relations person on call to be paged.
Please note: NEBH Public Affairs staff must escort all media and photographers while on our campus. Please contact us to arrange all video graphic and photographic shoots.
